When it comes to strategizing for the evangelism, think macro. That is who is out there and usually the largest group of people in the area. What are they thinking; what are their needs and issues?

When it come to strategizing for the congregation, think micro, which is the core leadership. The congregation never matters. If it is laid out by the trusted leadership, the congregation will follow.

So, think macro when thinking outward, micro when thinking inward.
