Stage one – begin to equip a core group into spiritual leaders. The leader models the core group and they begin to equip their friends
Stage Two – begin to dismantle committees and initiate spiritual gifts; modeling by a much wider group of people who understand their responsibility is not going to meetings or running the church, but modeling faith to others.
Stage Three – eliminate most elected officials and begin to develop servants. By now most everything the church does is designed to model servanthood.
Stage Four everyone is considered a candidate for servanthood and an atmosphere of depth is present. Everyone understands that their job is to model what it means to follow Christ. Every level of the church is into modeling and equipping.
