Just listening to Neil Cole. He said it all when he said God is looking for servants who lead. This is upside down leadership.  Wayne Cordiero is where I first saw this in action. They are famous for starting people at the bottom cleaning toilets.  Steve Sjogren is another who understands leadership from the bottom
