A lot of books are being written today on the spiritual character of the leader so when I say this is one of the best books I’ve read on the subject it’s a strong statement.

I have several reasons for such high praise. Not only is the book extremely well written and easy to read it also contains a treasure trove of practical guidance and daily helps; and not just from the author but from his long time trusted mentors and friends. I’m always impressed when one’s spouse chimes in with supportive wisdom.

Every chapter is augmented with sections like “Self-help Suggestions,” “I’ve got your back,””Doctors Insights,” and  “Network Building.

Those leaders wanting to improve their inner life will find this book to be more than helpful along the journey.
