Many of the great churches I consult with struggle to find and equip enough coaches for the ministries.  Coaching has become one of the most critical aspects of ministry in growing churches. Comiskey has given us a really good, basic, and practical book for coaches of cell group leaders.  However, my reading of it suggests that everything in the book could be applied by anyone coaching leaders in any form of ministry.  It’s one of those “how to” books you keep on your desk.
