The Growing Church Network
Reach more people. Help them take their next step with Jesus.
Put practical church-growth strategies to work in your congregation, with weekly coaching, training, and accountability to help you follow through.
Inside the membership
Get support for the work of growing your church.
You’re managing the demands of this week while trying to lead your church toward its future. The GCN gives you a place to learn, work through challenges, and keep your attention on reaching people beyond your walls.
Training
Work through practical teaching, videos, workbooks, and tools for outreach, hospitality, follow-up, and disciple-making.
Weekly coaching
Bring the questions and challenges you’re facing to live online coaching. Work on applying what you’re learning to your congregation.
Mentoring
Draw on experienced guidance and the perspectives of other pastors through the network’s private community.
Accountability
Set goals, identify the next action, and report on your progress. Give implementation a regular place in your week.
Weekly coaching
Bring your church’s real challenges to the conversation.
The weekly calls combine training with time to work through what’s happening in your congregation. Ask questions, examine an obstacle, and decide what you’ll do next.
Use the training to examine your church’s practices and the experience of the people you’re trying to reach.
Talk through questions, resistance, and opportunities with a coach and other church leaders.
Choose an action, follow through, and bring what you learn back to the next conversation.
The Growing Church Blueprint
Build the practices that help people connect and grow.
The training follows the work of reaching people, welcoming them, and helping them become connected disciples. Apply it to the people and community your church is called to serve.
Clarify whom you’re called to reach.
Focus your church’s time, energy, and resources on the people you’re equipped and called to reach and serve.
Bring more first-time visitors through your doors.
Develop invitations, outreach, and events that connect with your community and give people a reason to visit.
Make a great first impression.
See your church through a visitor’s eyes and prepare your First Impressions team to help people feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Follow up and build relationships.
Create a follow-up process that helps first-time visitors return, connect with people, and find their place in your congregation.
Develop disciples.
Give returning guests and members a clear path to grow in faith, participate in ministry, and follow Jesus.
Build your church’s reputation in the community.
Help your church become known for serving its neighbors and making a difference. Build trust and relationships that open doors for ministry.

Through the GCN’s coaching and training, develop practical steps to overcome those challenges and move your church toward that vision.
Before we talk
Questions about the Growing Church Network.
Who is the membership designed for?
Lead and solo pastors, as well as church staff responsible for guest retention. The emphasis is on reaching people, helping them connect, and building a path toward discipleship.
What happens during weekly coaching?
The live online calls combine training with coaching around the challenges members are facing in their congregations. Bring your questions and be ready to discuss how you’ll apply what you’re learning.
Will this apply to my church’s situation?
The coaching helps you apply the training to your congregation and community. Start with a Get Growing conversation so we can discuss your context and whether the membership is a good fit.
How is the GCN different from one-on-one coaching?
The GCN combines weekly coaching alongside other church leaders with training and accountability. Our separate One-on-One and Executive Coaching options provide monthly private coaching for a year, with unlimited email contact. Executive Coaching also guides you through the Complete Ministry Audit for your church context.
