Cordeiro and Lewis have nailed it.  If churches want to be authentic and thrive, they have to change their church culture.  It is not about programs or tactics; it is about what’s missing at the heart of a congregation – a loving, biblical culture in which transformation can occur. This culture represents the intersection of three values: God’s kingdom agenda, who you are, and your unique setting.

The authors drive home the point that we all know but curiously ignore – it is up to the leaders to set the culture.
