Dr. Charles Ridley (A leading pioneer in church planting assessment), Indiana University, Bloomington, IN)
I definitely have areas of weakness going in. The local church plant called Movement Church has all these areas covered in spades and I am proud to see they have prayerfully and successfully taken these areas into deep consideration.

Good Exercise
Planting churches is not for the faint of heart, it takes hard work and determination, but most of all it takes a heart for God. I am currently planting in Portsmouth Virginia. This is the second time around for me. I planted a church in New Port News area in 2007. I did not answer no to any of the questions above. I have been in the ministry for over sixteen years.
Over the years I have developed a thick skin, and that is what it takes to be a church planter. You have to understand that people are not rejecting you but they are rejecting God the one who sent you. Have I experienced everything out there that there is to face, far from it. But the thing to remember is that, greater is He who is in me, than he who is in the world. I have a mandate on my life and I have to see it through.
I have answered all questions to the best of my ability, of what I have observed, and experienced, as a member of the church.
This is our second church plant, all requirements have been met.
This is not the first time my husband and I have planted a church, plus he have served in another church as their pastor for five years.
