After leading his small dying church into what would come to be called a "megachurch," pastors began to seek out our Founder, Bill Easum's, wisdom. Before long, he'd worked with over 4,000 church leaders in the US and Canada and 21st Century Strategies was born.
As Bill E's books became more widespread and he "went on the road" with workshops, he attracted the attention of Bill & Kris Tenny-Brittian. In 1998, he invited them to be part of a church-planting experiment he initiated; and then, in 2004, he invited Bill T-B to join him as a partner in what would become The Effective Church Group.
