The Complete Worship Audit

The Complete Worship Audit is an on-site consultation and optional training event on worship effectiveness, hospitality, and welcome. This is a one-day consultation that requires less congregational pre-work than the Complete Ministry Audit. In fact, you can schedule the Complete Worship Audit with less than six weeks notice. On the day of the audit, I arrive at your worship center unannounced (to the general congregation) and experience the hospitality and welcome of the congregation as well as the fullness of the worship service or services. 

Following worship, I optionally lead an afternoon's worship training seminar that will heighten the awareness and sensitivity of your church's leadership and congregants alike to guest needs and expectations.

Then, within 30 days, you will receive a written report that will include observations, highlighting both the strengths and growing edges, and specific recommendations for the congregation's consideration.

The emphasis of the The Complete Worship Audit is on raising the level of welcome and hospitality of the congregation so that first time visitors and guests return again and again – and ultimately become active members in your congregation.
