Bill Easum is one of the best known church consultants in the U.S. and Canada. What is not as well known is he has been training church consultants since 1987 when he began training pastors for his Conference to do One Hour Consultations.  In the early 90's Bill began training church consultants to do full blown consultations for churches. He has trained over 500 consultants to date, many of whom took the course in order to better lead their own church.  Several have gone on to be full time church consultants.

What the Training Includes 

  1. Consulting Made Simple workbook containing what Bill has learned about consulting over the course of his ministry.
  2. Several personal phone calls to discuss the various sections of the material.
  3. Two case studies completed by the student and critiqued by Bill.
  4. Several personal phone calls to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the student's analysis of the data.
  5. PowerPoint slides showing how Bill actually does a consultation
  6. 3 CEU credits.

The Cost 

  1. $1500 paid in full prior to beginning the training.
  2. Provide Skype for the phone calls (its free to download and use)
  3. Several months of hard work (the length of time depends solely on how long the student takes absorbing the material.
