We can consult two ways: on-site or on-line by email, phone, and internet.  For both church plants and multiple sites we have the church do a Ministry Audit prior to arriving.

Church Plants

If we come on-site for a church plant we meet with the pastor to review where the project is, meet with the launch team, and work on the basics of how to gather a crowd. Resource materials are provided as well as on-going email coaching.  If desired a follow up visit is scheduled to review the progress.

If we consult on-line we go through the same steps only by phone, email, and internet.

Multiple Sites

If we are working  on site with a multiple site we experience your worship, meet with your worship team, interview staff, and visit possible locations. Resource materials are provided as well as on-going email coaching.  If desired a follow up visit is scheduled to review the progress.

If we are working online we follow the same steps only by phone, email, and internet.

Over the  past twenty-two years (2009)we have become known internationally as one of the world's most experienced and proven church consultants and trainers. Our client list  is wide and deep. You can find less expensive consultants, but none with our depth of experience.

Our basic assessment tool is our world proven Complete Ministry Audit that has been used by our consultants in more than 1,000 churches not to mention that thousands of churches who have used our tool on their own. For small church plants we use the One Day Consultation Audit.
