Our Origins

21st Century Strategies, Inc was originally formed in 1987 by Bill Easum. In January of 2000 we became Easum, Bandy and Associates when Bill Easum and Tom Bandy merged their experience to form a dynamic international mission. Bill brought his gifts as one of the pioneering pastors of the church growth movement and his organization "21st Century Strategies" (founded in 1987) to the merger. Tom brought his gifts as pastor and denominational leader - and his organization "Thriving Church Consulting" (founded in 1995).  Then in 2009 EBA once again returned to its roots and to 21st Century Strategies Inc with Bill Easum and Bill Tenny-Brittian who brought with him years of experience as a church planter and house church pastor.

Today more than 100,000 leaders have participated in our events and countless others have been linked through one of the largest religious interactive websites in North America.

Very few consulting groups have as long as history of consulting as does 21st Century Strategies.
